Here we were asked to overcome a very specific commercial problem onsite for the pool management.

We had to come up with a way to stop the water been pushed or splashed back over the Air Ducts. The main issue was that the pool chemicals were damaging the grates and also the duct below.

Our solution was to use a material that will never break down and is chemical resistant. The solution was made bespoke and templated to the working area onsite. The works were complete via night shift to avoid any interface with public.
